Shell-and-tube heat exchangers are widely used in many research fields and industrial production processes, but little has been conducted on the use of for drying crops. This study a numerical simulation temperature, velocity, pressure based shell-and-tube fluids exchanger biomass particle hot-blast stove. The correctness results was verified by test data before simulation, mesh to be irrelevant. application multi-objective genetic algorithm design optimization explored, considering five variables, such as hot tube diameter, transverse pitch, longitudinal cold flow velocity optimization. Nusselt number, friction factor, comprehensive performance coefficient were objective functions 2D 3D response surface analysis. final variables P1=74.91 mm, P2=104.23 P3=121.37 P4=4.83 m/s, P5=8.48 m/s obtained improve 16.11%. transfer improved 9.55% resistance reduced 15%.
